t-mobile-broadband2Did you know Lance Massey composed the T-Mobile ringtone? Did you know “T” is for “Telekom”?
A mobile network operator who initially started their operations as MERCURY ONE 2 ONE, followed by ONE 2 ONE (famous for cheap deals/packages) which in its twilight was a joint venture of Cable & Wireless and Mediaone Group (American cable service provider). Their launch of the GSM 1800 network in September 1993 made them pioneers of the industry.

T-Mobile, headquartered in Bonn, Germany, forms part of mobile phone corporate subsidiaries, under the flagship of Deutsche Telekom which belongs to FreeMove business alliance. Gone are the days, when T-Mobile’s potential ability to threaten rival operators’ market share used to be questioned repeatedly. Banking on 19.2 million subscribers in Britain alone, T-Mobile has moved ahead of Orange UK and is competing at third spot right behind O2 and Vodafone (late 2005 parent company Deutsche Telekom made a failed attempt of acquiring rivals O2).

T-Mobile has its operations in eleven European countries and a global subscribers list stretching to 128.3 million mark, which makes the seventh largest mobile phone service provider of the world. In terms of multinationals, T-mobile is only succeeded by United Kingdom’s Vodafone and Spain’sTelefónica. They are worth 32.1 million customers in U.S. market which makes them the fourth largest mobile network. In their home ground of Germany they are the largest operators with approximately 36 million subscribers.

Why T-Mobile Broadband?

T-Mobile broadband is available for as little as £2 per day, now that is one cheap mobile broadband. Yes! They serve in same identical way as their cheap mobile phone deals. With their famous “pay as you go” mobile broadband deal available for light users. That does not constitute in any way that T-Mobile broadband is not suitable for heavy users or compromises on service. Monthly price plans are equally competitive and above all reliable. What else makes it different or rather appealing?
Please do not mention “free laptops”!!!!
How about fast mobile broadband? Would it matter if I tell you it is rated as the best value for money mobile broadband network operator by YouGov independent “Dongle Tracker” survey? In August 2008 they won the BEST NETWORK AWARD from The Mobile Data Association. They have constantly been voted the fastest Mobile Broadband Network by PC Pro.
The above shows a lot of commitment by the operator. In my opinion, you cannot just buy trust from score of subscribers. Bottom line from BroadbandSelecta …..it’s worth your hard earned money!
